How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order has been completed and your payment successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard credit card payments as well as Paypal, Venmo payments, or direct bank transfers.

How do I bespoke a product?
If you’d like to personalise a bespoke product, please contact our Bespoke team via email at [email protected] for any help and information about the service and we will be in touch shortly to discuss the cutomisation option with you.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day. We are available Monday-Saturday from 9AM-5PM(UTC), excluding holidays.
*Gift wrapping services are available for most items upon request.

Shipping Restriction
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING in Vietnam on orders over 2,000,000 VND (dong).
International shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Returns & Exchanges
As your total satisfaction is our priority, you are most welcome to change your mind. Therefore, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn in its original package. However, the return item will be exchanged for STORE CREDITS only and must be return to us within 7 days of delivery beginning from the date you receive your items. See below for additional information regarding our return policy:
-Item has to be in its original package.
-A original print of the receipt of your order
-Return will only be accepted for unused items in their original package
-Return will be processed within 72 hours (3 days)
